Year of Establishment: 1978

The Department of Commerce, which is the oldest and largest department of the college, was established in 1978 with intake of 80 students. In addition to the existing course, one more course B.Com (computer applications) introduced in the year 2001 with intake of 60 students. The department has run by three lecturers, who are actively participating and performing their duties with innovative teaching methodologies. In addition, the Department has been organizing quiz, seminars, debates and group discussions among the students.

Tally course is offered at the Certificate Level. It is an eight weeks course. With this course, students would be equipped with enough knowledge to make use of Tally in variety of situations.
