ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The Govt. Degree College, Tadipatri admits students in all courses through admission Committee. First time in the history of College and APCCE, it has introduced AP Degree Online Admissions 2018 which is opened now at APSAMS e-Admission at www.cceinfo.ap.gov.in

AP higher education management system introduced first-time online admissions academic year 2018-19. APSAMS is a portal to apply for online admissions in any Degree Colleges in AP by the students for B.SC, BZC, B.COM, B.A courses in AP. Online admission process, which is carried out through Online is called as e-Admission.

HOW TO APPLY AP DEGREE ONLINE ADMISSIONS 2018

Go to the degree online website www.cceinfo.ap.gov.in, and click on the Online Application Form on it. Read the instructions carefully. Now fill-up the CAF online on the computer screen. Upload your recent passport size color photo with the signature image in the space provided for the same.

FEE PROCESS

The applicant will pay Rs 50/- per application in Meeseva center. The Challan can be downloaded in the last step of the application process or an e-mail attachment. Applicant carry printout to nearest MeeSeva fee along with after printing the e-Seva or Meeseva, pay the Degree admission fee and keep the copy of the Challan with you.

  • 1. Copy of online application form.
  • 2. Intermediate Transfer Certificate (Original).
  • 3. 10th Pass & Memo Certificate.
  • 4. Intermediate Pass & Memo Certificate.
  • 5. Conduct & Study Certificates (last 3years).
  • 6. Caste Certificate issued by MRO (in case of SC, ST, BC).
  • 7. Latest Income Certificate issued by MRO 8 Residence Certificate.
  • 8. NCC certificates (if applicable).
  • 9. Sports certificates (if applicable).
  • 10. Physically Challenged Certificate (if applicable).
  • 11. Aadhar Card Xerox Copy.
  • 12. Anti Ragging/Undertaking form.
  • 13. Parents declaration form for SC/ST fee reimbursement.
  • 14. Two Passport size Photos.

    Note:
  • 1. The SC/ST students are exempted from remitting the tuition fee and special fee.
  • 2. BC students are exempted from remitting the tuition fee whose income is less than one lakh.

General Rules:

  • 1. The candidates should have completed the age of 17 years as on the last date fixed for the submission of online application.
  • 2. Online application form and prospectus for admission to the Courses are available in the website www.cceinfo.ap.gov.in. Candidate can apply through online after registering in the website. Application fee can be paid through A.P.online / Mee Seva for which a link will be provided in the admission portal and an online payment receipt will be generated.
  • 3. The online application and a hard copy of the application along with a print out of the online payment receipt of application fee, self attested copies of certificates in proof of age, educational qualifications and experience, community, non­creamy layer certificates in the case of candidates claiming reservations should reach the Administrative Office of Government Degree College, Tadipatri on or before the last date prescribed in the notification.
  • 4. The candidates applying under sports quota should submit a hard copy of application to the Sports Council and selection to the seat will be in accordance with the recommendation of Sports Council.
  • 5. The communal reservation should be allowed only to the candidates of AP natives. Fee concessions are applicable to the SC/ST students belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh only.
  • 6. The candidates should have passed the qualifying examinations before the last date fixed for the receipt of application in the University.
  • 7. The candidate should produce all the original documents required by the University at the time of admission, failing which, their candidature for admission will be forfeited. They should also remit the amount of fees on the date of admission itself. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The claims regarding excess remittance, wrong remittance etc. will not be entertained at any circumstances for refund of the amount.
  • 8. Liquidated damages will be levied from students who discontinue the courses after closure of admission at the rate of Rs.10,000/­ (Rupees Ten thousands only) for all Courses.
  • 9. The Principal, Government Degree College, Tadipatri or the officer entrusted by him with the work of admission on his behalf is entitled to refuse admission to candidates if they are not satisfied with the correctness or genuineness of any certificates filed by them along with the application. The decision of the Principal on this matter will be final.
  • 10. The Principal, Government Degree College, Tadipatri is competent to close the admission according to the directions APCCE at any date after the commencement of 1st semester of course.
  • 11. The student should report in the college/institution on the date mentioned in their Bio­data cum Admit Card. Failure to report at the college/institution on the date without prior permission will result in cancellation of admission of the candidate without further notice.
